Just In Time Design is located in the Chicago South Suburbs of Joliet, Illinois. We are able to set up meetings in mid-west locations with short notice. If your company is not from the mid-west, we request one weeks notice if you need, or would like to, meet with us in person. However, due to of the nature of multimedia development work, it is not a requirement for us to meet in person in order to complete multimedia projects.
You can chat live with a representative by clicking on the live chat button on the left side of most of the pages on our website. If a representative is not available, you can click on the live chat button to leave a message and as soon as a representative is available, we will contact you. Live chat should be used primarily for pre-sales inquiries. Please direct your support assistance through the ticketing system for faster resolution. The live chat service on our website is not equiped to provide support assistance.
We recently started our knowledgebase to help our customers with common issues. We'll be adding articles weekly on topics ranging from Account Management, Policies and FAQ's to How To's For Joomla and other popular open source programs. Before submitting a ticket, go to the knowledgebase and you may find the answer to your question.
Submit A Support Ticket
If you need assistance with your account, please submit a support ticket and your issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Typically most support requests are handled within 1 to 2 hours. However, depending on support volume, it may take 6 to 12 hours for a response on your ticket.
