Just In Time Design has worked with several government organizations to complete website design projects. If a government agency would like a quote for website design, we are happy to provide one based on the requirements of the organization.
The first step of the process is for a quote request form to be completed. From there, we will evaluate the projects needs and provide a firm quote that includes costs, timeline and a statement of work that includes the projects requirements.
Upon approval of the statement of work, Just In Time Design will begin compiling all existing data from the clients website. In the case of towns, villages, cities and counties, this often begins with minutes, agendas, calendar events and news articles. In addition, our clients have the ability to provide updated content by sending us their content in word format.
Once the content is implemented, we go through the design phase and implement the template for the clients website.
After the design phase, the website is approved by the client, the website will go live.
There is a great deal of additional detail that goes into the website design process and each website project varies from the previous one. The above statements give a very high-level overview of the process.
