Clients can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by logging into your Client Area Help Desk Control panel and submitting a cancellation request. Any refunds are as per the Terms of Service agreement.

Cancellations over the telephone, Live Chat, via any other E-mail address or any other means other than your Client Area Help Desk Control panel will not be considered valid notification of cancellation of your account.

Just In Time Design reserves the right to cancel or terminate any product or service at any time without notice.
