If you have uploaded your website files and you are still seeing the welcome page, then the most common issue is that you have uploaded your website files to the wrong directory OR you have not removed the default index.html file in your public_html directory.
Please login to your hosting account via FTP or go to the file manager in your Cpanel. Once logged in, check to make sure that you uploaded your websites files to the 'public_html' directory. If your files were not uploaded to this directory, please move them to the public_html directory and check your website in a web browser. Please ensure that the default public_html/index.html file has been updated by you or removed.
